  • Review the architectural plans and specifications for the construction of new homes, additions to or exterior alterations of existing structures and above ground fixtures. 
  • Consult with property owners and contractors to ensure that the Association’s construction and architectural standards are met.

  • Review and understand the LTPOA Covenants and Restrictions
  • Enact programs to increase compliance in the neighborhood
  • Accept grievances, complaints and concerns of property owners and renters; and enforce appropriate actions to resolve

EVENTS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE


Co-Chairs: Kathy Kolodziej and Terri Leeman

  • Coordinate group activities and special events, such as the monthly golf outing and dinner, and the pool opening and closing parties
  • Initiate new events and neighborhood activities
  • Increase and encourage participation of residents at social events
  • Publicize and issue invitations for all events

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of entrance ways, cul-de-sacs, recreation areas and other common areas
  • Develop an overall landscaping plan
  • Contract with and oversee work of appropriate landscape service providers
  • Coordinate periodic neighborhood clean-up activities

RECREATION COMMITTEE

Chair: Open

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance and use of the recreation area and equipment
  • Develop a plan for the upkeep and improvement of the recreation area 
  • Make appropriate arrangements for the annual opening and closing of the pool, to include adherence to local ordinances, pre- and post-cleaning and furniture inspection

ROADS AND DITCHES COMMITTEE

  • Monitor the condition of roads and drainage ditches and take appropriate action to repair and maintain
  • Develop a plan for the upkeep and improvement of roads and drainage ditches 
  • Oversee contracts for repairs, improvements and maintenance of roads and ditches
  • Establish standards for road surface repairs and coordinate with utility companies to ensure that required excavations are properly repaired
  • Oversee the maintenance of the cart paths
