Description

The primary mission of the Board of Directors is to represent the best interests of the Laurel Thicket community. Some of its responsibilities include:

  • Determine and adhere to a budget for the upkeep and repair of common areas and assets such as roads, entrances, swimming pool, and recreation area

  • Establish annual assessments

  • Maintain a strong reserve fund for major repairs and construction

  • Establish policies to promote the beauty and enjoyment of the community while protecting individual property values
