The LTPOA Board of Directors has approved the following guidelines for the timing, location, and type of debris piles created by property owners for scheduled pick-ups:

  • Locations shall be along the roadside and the following:
    • Recreation Area parking lot at the termination of Creek Course hole 15 cart path*
    • Termination of Daquiri Turn cart path near the swimming pool*
    • Cart path between Bourbon Street lots 3064 and 3065
  • Locations shall not be in front of mailboxes such that it impedes USPS delivery
  • Locations shall not be in ditches or in roadways
  • Debris piles should be placed in front of houses and cul-de-sacs as close as possible to the road's edge and on the road side edge of any ditch in order to allow access by removal equipment
  • Piles of sticks and branches shall not be taller than five (5) feet
  • Debris shall consist of ONLY leaves for the scheduled leaf pick-up and ONLY sticks and branches for stick/branch pick-ups, and shall not contain pinecones, pine straw, tree trunks or other debris
  • Care should be taken to locate debris such that it will not impede water flow in ditches and culverts
