The LTPOA committees assist the Board of Directors by addressing specific community issues and tasks and serving in an advisory role for the benefit of the community. As a general rule, the committees gather information, assess problems and recommend solutions to the Board. The LTPOA has five committees; Architectural, Compliance/Grievance, Landscape, Recreation, and Ditches/Roads.

This committee reviews the architectural plans and specifications for the construction of new homes, additions to or exterior alterations of existing structures and above ground fixtures.  The Architectural Committee consults with property owners and contractors to ensure that the Association’s construction and architectural standards are met.
